Chantelle Gilmour
Hi my name is Chantelle Gilmour and I am the co-owner of Educator Diaries.
I have been working in the early childhood sector for over 28 years and I have had the pleasure owning and operating 2 successful long day care centres.
As a mum and a passionate educator I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge and understanding of all things child related!
I am so excited to share this journey with my longtime best friend, Maria and hope we can inspire, inform our audience through a fun and entertaining podcast.
Maria Murace
Welcome my name is Maria Murace, I am a mum and the Director/Owner of Pencil Paper Star and Co-owner of Educator Diaries.
My inspiring and rewarding journey began in the Childcare industry 34 years ago in Sydney Australia in a Child Care Centre as a Qualified Educator working with children aged 0-6years.

After holding a position as a qualified teaching Director, I ventured out on my own, building a successful high-quality Kindergarten that I operated/owned for 13years.
I specialise in School Readiness Education in the foundation of Literacy and Numeracy and providing Specialised programmes for ASD children where they can express their own unique strengths.

Obtaining certified training in Behavioural support therapy has enabled me to provide an Inclusive programme for children with additional needs (ASD &ADHD) it has given me the opportunity to gain skills and confidence to pursue the pathway of educating and offering Behavioural Support Therapy (using the principles of ABA Therapy) for children to become confident successful learners.
The experiences and accomplishments I have achieved over the years have rewarded me with heart felt memories and teaching tools that I will continue to promote and aim to make a positive difference in a child’s life.
